Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new partnerships, focusing on acquiring new affiliates and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners, streamers, and affiliates.
- Introduce innovative ideas and approaches, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
- Regularly analyze and report on the overall performance of the affiliate department, focusing on strategic evaluations and growth opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to build relationships with key affiliates and stakeholders.
- Oversee the setup, adjustment, and monitoring of campaigns and offers, ensuring effective tracking and performance optimization.
- Actively participate in industry forums and chats, raising brand awareness and keeping abreast of trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the crypto casino or iGaming industry.
- Established network within the affiliate marketing sector, with knowledge of fundamental metrics and models such as CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative, 'outside the box' thinker, capable of bringing new ideas and solving problems effectively.
- Proven track record of managing relationships and onboarding new clients, particularly in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in live events and exhibitions, comfortable in face-to-face interactions for client acquisition.
- Global understanding of online advertising markets, including traffic sources, verticals, and monetization models.
