This job is for you if:

You have at least 4 years of experience in a Research Ops or User Research role, with main responsibilities focused on managing the operational aspects of user research.

You are passionate about optimizing research processes in general.

You are comfortable managing participant panels, databases, testing platforms, and improving a research repository tool.

You are proficient with user research management tools (such as Dovetail, UserTesting, Lookback, Maze, SurveyMonkey, etc.).

You have an interest in AI and are curious about how it can improve, accelerate, or automate certain user research practices.

You are autonomous, thorough, and well-organized.

You are able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, etc.).

You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is selected, Pierre will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-screening.You'll then be asked to complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning).You'll meet with Manon – Lead User Researcher and Thomas – Chief Experience Officer.Then, you'll work on a use case and present your findings to the User Research team.Finally, Pierre will conduct the final HR interview and debrief your AssessFirst results with you.
To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks.
