The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth internal communication, coordinating administrative processes, and assisting with general office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to management and team members.
- Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence (emails, calls, mail, etc.) and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) always ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with office procurement and inventory management.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic financial administration.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed.
- Help onboard new employees (setting up workstations, access cards, familiarization with the premises, introducing new joiners to all the teams etc.)
- Organise breakfast, lunch, food orders on a daily basis.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support business operations as required.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace).
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in the English language.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Experience in IGaming or hospitality is a must.
- Familiarity with office management systems, software is a plus.
