The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Corporate Bank Reconciliations team within Flutter Finance. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Flutter's financial controls by managing corporate bank account reconciliations and retail cash operations. This position is integral to Flutter's Global Financial Control strategy, safeguarding cash across our corporate accounts and supporting our retail operations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare corporate bank account reconciliations according to tight reporting deadlines (daily/weekly/monthly), ensuring outstanding items are resolved on a timely basis
• Reconcile and manage retail store cash floats and bank accounts
• Complete month-end bank reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues across Finance, Retail, Payments and Online Operations teams, proactively responding to queries and urgent issues
• Manage relationships across geographical locations, with key stakeholders in Dublin
• Communicate effectively and timely with managers and team members
• Identify potential risks within the financial control framework and raise awareness of control issues

How You'll Do It

• Strong educational background and a proactive, enthusiastic approach to learning and progression
• Proficient in standard IT packages, particularly Excel, with good system skills
• Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and trustworthiness when handling sensitive financial information
• Proactive mindset with capacity to identify process improvements and support implementation
• Professional, outgoing and positive approach with flexibility to thrive in a frequently changing environment
