As an Account Executive, you'll be one of the first quota-carrying sales hires, reporting directly to the Head of Sales and working alongside co-founders to build the revenue engine from the ground up. You'll own relationships with the technical visionaries and CTOs building the next generation of AI applications. As our client expands into new markets and geographies, you'll help shape their go-to-market strategy while building your territory and potentially leading a team.
Own the full sales cycle (from pipeline generation to close) with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers ($25K-$300K+ ACV)
Build and manage robust pipeline targeting AI-native startups and Fortune 500 innovation teams
Develop strategic relationships with CTOs, Heads of AI/ML, and technical decision-makers who evaluate infrastructure solutionsΒ
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams - your customer insights directly influence the product roadmap
Design and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies for new verticals and customer segments
Forecast and deliver on aggressive revenue targets while building scalable sales processes
Scale with the company (opportunity to manage geography, sector, or sales team within 12 months)
5+ years as a top-performing Account Executive or Sales Manager, preferably at high-growth, early-stage AI or data infrastructure startups
Consistent quota attainment, promotion history, Presidents Club recognition, or top percentile performance in previous roles
Experience selling to CTOs, Heads of AI/ML, co-founders, and technical decision-makers who evaluate infrastructure solutions
Comfortable with both outbound prospecting and inbound conversion across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
Ideally, AI/ML, data infrastructure, or developer tooling sales experience

A proven top performer - you've consistently been in the top 10% of your sales team, achieved Presidents Club, or earned rapid promotions
