The Crown Is Yours

As a Motion Graphics Co-Op, you'll collaborate with designers, writers, producers, and creative leads to bring bold ideas to life through animation. You'll work across a range of fast-paced projects, creating thoughtful, high-impact content that engages and inspires. With a user-first mindset and a sharp eye for detail, you'll be part of a team that values creativity and continuous improvement. Along the way, you'll take on real-world challenges, sharpen your motion design skills, and make meaningful contributions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with motion designers, project managers, art directors, copywriters, creative leads, and stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life in a team-oriented setting.
  • Animate compelling content using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools from the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Use project management software to organize tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Work across a wide range of projects under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and openness to feedback through multiple rounds of revisions.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with team members using tools such as Slack and other collaboration platforms.
  • Approach projects from the user’s perspective to create thoughtful, engaging experiences.
  • Take initiative and solve problems independently, while knowing when to ask for input or guidance.


What You'll Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a college program related to Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop, with familiarity in other Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Interest in typography and the ability to animate text in unique, dynamic ways, with experience in kinetic typography preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and openness to feedback and iteration.
  • A motion reel is required to demonstrate your animation and design capabilities.

The US base compensation range for this co-op position is $16.16 - $24.24, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.16 USD - 20.20 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
