The Crown Is Yours

We are seeking a driven and inquisitive Design Co-Op to join our Experiential Design Team. This opportunity is intended for a college student who is ready to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment while gaining insight from experienced design professionals. You will contribute to a variety of creative initiatives—including event signage, invitations, packaging, and in-product merchandising—that play a key role in shaping how fans connect with the DraftKings brand. Throughout the experience, you will refine your design skills, gain practical exposure in the sports entertainment industry, and see your work take shape in real-world applications.

What You'll Do

  • Support the design process for live events, hospitality experiences, and gifting programs
  • Assist in creating assets across a range of formats, including digital invitations, signage, packaging, and both print and digital materials
  • Collaborate with designers, event managers, and cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into compelling visual experiences
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver production-ready and digital-use files
  • Contribute to merchandising creative for DK Shop promotions, including seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and private-label collections
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and creative perspectives
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with DraftKings’ brand guidelines and maintains consistency across touchpoints
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives


What You'll Bring

  • Current enrollment in a college program, pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
  • A portfolio (academic, personal, or freelance) that demonstrates a strong understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with other design tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills and a willingness to receive and apply feedback
  • Attention to detail, paired with curiosity and a desire to grow
  • Interest in sports, live events, or branded experiences is a plus

The US base compensation range for this co-op position is $16.16 - $24.24, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.16 USD - 20.20 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
