Why we need you

We’re not building another crypto casino. We’re building a social, high-frequency entertainment platform where:

  • original games and fan favourite games lives
  • players interact, compete, and react in real time
  • gamification layers drive behaviour (not just payouts)

Think less “casino lobby” and more multiplayer chaos with money on the line. We ship fast, test aggressively, and evolve based on real player behaviour, not assumptions.

Our current stack sits on Elantil PAM with Directus CMS powering dynamic content and experiences. The stack will evolve.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Build and iterate on the WTF Games frontend (web)
  • Create fast, reactive interfaces for original games, social features, and live
  • interactions
  • Integrate with Elantil (wallet, games, APIs)
  • Use Directus CMS to power dynamic content, campaigns, and experiments
  • Ship landing pages, lobby systems, and game UIs at high velocity
  • Implement tracking, postbacks, and behavioural analytics
  • Continuously optimise UX based on real user behaviour (conversion, retention, engagement)

What you’ll bring


You’re someone who brings:

  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work
  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments
  • Strong experience with React / Next.js (or similar modern FE stack)
  • Experience working with headless CMS platforms (Directus, Contentful, Sanity, etc.)
  • Comfortable integrating APIs, real-time data, and event-driven systems
  • Ability to move fast with incomplete specs and shifting priorities
  • Strong product instinct, you care about how things perform, not just how they look

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

  • Experience in iGaming, crypto, social products, or high-frequency apps
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
