Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage and expand the organization’s presence across various social media platforms with a focus on maintaining a consistent brand voice and message.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive weekly content plans tailored to each platform, including static posts, stories, reels, and other relevant content formats.
  • Continuously monitor social media trends, emerging topics, and relevant news to ensure timely and effective content responses and engagement.
  • Proactively conceptualize and propose innovative content ideas, campaigns, and engagement strategies aimed at driving measurable audience growth and interaction.
  • Actively engage with audiences across platforms to foster meaningful interactions and cultivate strong, loyal communities.
  • Lead the development and management of online communities, with a primary focus on Telegram. Experience with Discord and Reddit communities is considered a significant advantage.
  • Conduct regular performance monitoring and analytics reporting across all platforms, providing detailed weekly reports that include key performance indicators (KPIs), data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms, preferably across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Russian is considered an asset.
  • Prior experience with Telegram is essential; familiarity with Discord and Reddit is highly desirable and will be regarded as a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content, with confidence in utilizing digital tools, current trends, memes, and short-form video formats, as well as a keen understanding of platform-specific best practices.
  • Solid grasp of key social media performance indicators (KPIs), user engagement techniques, and audience growth strategies.
  • Exceptionally well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks and meeting deadlines independently.
  • Prior experience in the iGaming industry is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Monday.com, or comparable platforms is advantageous.
