WHAT WILL YOU DO?
PressEnter Group is looking for a Risk, Fraud and Payments Analyst to form part of a growing team. If you are seeking for an exciting challenge with the opportunity to grow, we would like to hear from you. The Fraud and Payments Specialist’s role is mainly to protect the company’s assets by identifying fraudulent behaviour whilst ensuring smooth day to day operations.
Identify suspicious and fraudulent activity, taking the necessary measures to combat fraud.
Proposing improvements and making recommendations.
Analysing, preparing and handling chargeback disputes.
Contributing to team effort by meeting KPI's and SLA's.
Adhering to AML & RG policies including any other applicable regulations.
Conducting KYC and EDD where applicable.
Compiling and handling daily reports & account reviews.
Processing pay-outs within agreed timelines.
Detecting multiple account holders and bonus abusers.
Assisting Customer Support with escalated queries related to Risk, Payments and Fraud.
Assisting with other needs which may arise from time to time.
WHO ARE YOU?
Knowledgeable about online payments and fraud;
Able to manage the workload effectively and in a timely manner;
Good communication skills;
Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment;
Willing to work shifts including weekends (rota);
Proactive personality with a can-do attitude;
A positive trouble-solver with excellent work ethics;
Good sense of judgement and a sharp eye for detail;
Good analytical skills;
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the online gaming industry;
Proficient command of both spoken and written English is mandatory.
