What You’ll Do

As a People Data Analyst, you’ll turn data into insights, helping shape P&C strategies, policies, and processes. You’ll work across teams to gather requirements, build reports, and enhance analytics using HR systems like Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics – Develop, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards. Identify trends and insights from multiple data sources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and present insights in an engaging, accessible way.
  • Data Submission – Support internal and external reporting, including C-suite/Board reports, WGEA, and the Annual Report.
  • Continuous Improvement – Enhance P&C analytics by staying ahead of business needs and industry trends.
  • Team Support – Train and assist users in leveraging people data and systems.
  • Data Integrity & Governance – Ensure accuracy, security, and quality of people data.

What You’ll Bring

  • A qualification in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience handling large datasets and HR data.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and Oracle Fusion Reporting/SQL.
