We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager, who will be instrumental in shaping and executing a comprehensive iGaming marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a full-cycle marketing strategy specific to New Jersey’s iGaming landscape.
- Drive customer acquisition campaigns through PPC, SEO, affiliate partnerships, and other digital channels.
- Develop and execute retention and CRM initiatives to enhance player engagement and maximize lifetime value.
- Establish strong relationships with affiliates and local partners, negotiating partnerships that expand the company’s reach.
- Conduct in-depth market research to monitor competitor activity, identify trends, and understand customer preferences.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with New Jersey’s gambling regulations and meet local requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies to achieve optimal ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in iGaming marketing, particularly within the US market; experience in New Jersey is a significant advantage.
- Expertise in acquisition, retention, CRM, affiliates, PPC, SEO, and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of New Jersey’s gambling regulations and market dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy optimization.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, especially with affiliates and partners.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluent (native) level of English.
- Based in the US (preferably New Jersey) or open to relocation to Cyprus.
