The Manager will serve an essential function within the Strategy and Corporate Development team, playing a major part in crafting and aligning our corporate strategy. Responsibilities include reviewing enterprise-wide strategic opportunities, identifying emerging market chances, and analyzing industry trends and competitor movements. Furthermore, you will engage in M&A activities and be an important contributor to our extended planning initiatives. The Manager will also play a significant role in the long-range plan, working with a variety of leaders across business units and functional teams to define the strategic vision, tie the vison to a long-range financial plan, and help ensure alignment and accountability to the plan. Your capability to bring these strategies to fruition will have a direct effect on our sustained success and innovation in the gaming industry.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and align the corporate strategy for Aristocrat
  • Assess cross-enterprise strategic opportunities and emerging market possibilities
  • Examine market trends and rival advancements
  • Participate in M&A processes and support long-range planning
  • Drive high-visibility projects and planning processes
  • Complete the corporate vision by pursuing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities
  • Regularly engage with senior leadership to communicate strategic conclusions
  • Lead and manage various ad hoc projects to support central initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting, business planning, FP&A, or similar roles
  • Established experience in directing and handling projects, performing analyses, and engaging with multiple functions
  • Outstanding financial literacy, modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, including experience with M&A
  • Demonstrated capability in preparing and sharing presentations, with strong skills in PowerPoint
  • Ability to draw conclusions from analyses and effectively communicate them to executive leadership
  • Independent work approach with the capability to think autonomously and resolve intricate issues
  • Strong sense of ownership and capability to manage multiple projects and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven history of success and accomplishment
  • Experience working within the gaming industry is an advantage

Pay Range

$98,000 - $182,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
