The Live Studio Assistant will support the Live Studio Manager in the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our streaming products, ensuring smooth operations, consistency, and quality across all live and recorded content.

As streaming has become a key and rapidly growing part of the business since the launch of our studio activity in 2024, this role plays an important part in supporting the scalability and continuous improvement of live productions in both volume and complexity.

This position sits within the Creative team, with both the Live Studio Assistant and the Live Studio Manager contributing to the development and delivery of engaging audiovisual content within the streaming studios.

The role combines technical, creative, and operational responsibilities, contributing directly to the efficiency and evolution of the Live Studio while developing expertise in streaming production, tools, and workflows. It also involves close collaboration with product, marketing, and sometimes also with technology teams to translate business needs into engaging audiovisual solutions aligned with our brands.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Live Studio Manager in day-to-day studio operations to ensure smooth delivery, consistency and quality across live and recorded content.
  • Produce and deliver visual assets for live streams and commercial needs (static/animated pieces, promotional elements, social snippets) following brand guidelines, coordinating with stakeholders and the Live Studio Manager for implementation.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of scenes/templates in the streaming/editing software (e.g., creating/adapting simple scenes, replicating configurations, organising scenes and assets) under guidance.
  • Understand and participate in the technical workflow by coordinating with Tech/IT when needed to help ensure correct connection between tools, streaming platform and website environments.
  • Help maintain an organised file/folder structure, templates and asset libraries; follow best practices to improve speed, consistency and reduce rework.
  • Learn studio equipment inventory and assist with basic troubleshooting and configuration tasks, escalating issues appropriately and always following safe working practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting visual enhancements (effects, animations, add-ons) and supporting new mechanics/themes when required, collaborating with external agencies if needed.
  • Help documenting workflows and standards (request briefs/templates, recurring setups, scene/configuration notes) to make delivery more scalable and predictable.

What’s needed for success – Experience & Qualifications:

  • Languages: fluent Spanish and good English
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere/After Effects).
  • Interest in streaming production and studio environments; familiarity with OBS or similar tools is a plus (training provided).
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Marketing/Commercial/Product/Tech) and translating requests into clear, engaging audiovisual solutions.
  • Organised and reliable: able to manage multiple requests, meet deadlines, and keep files/templates structured and reusable.
  • Basic familiarity with task tracking tools (Jira/Trello/Asana) and willingness to work in structured workflows.
  • Familiarity with GenAI prompting and AI-enhanced image and video production is considered a plus.
  • Curiosity and learning mindset: eager to build technical confidence over time (software settings, equipment, integrations) and proactively ask for clarity when briefs are incomplete.
  • Education or equivalent experience in graphic/audiovisual design, motion graphics, or related fields; strong visual craft and attention to detail.
