Reporting to the General Manager of Commercial Media, you’ll lead the strategy, direction, and execution of growth opportunities for the media business in domestic and international markets. This role sits at the centre of commercial, product, marketing and technology, translating insight into action and shaping how we grow our global distribution network, product suite and customer footprint.
You’re a strategic thinker and natural leader who has experience in, and thrives on building, shaping, and transforming. You have built something from nothing before and bring a strong point of view, the confidence to challenge, and the ability to take others on the journey — balancing data, commercial thinking, and customer insight to create real impact.
Within your first 6–12 months, you’ll have established a clear and compelling growth strategy with prioritised initiatives, built credibility across the organisation, and delivered early wins through targeted projects. You’ll have shaped a modern analytics capability that improves how decisions are made and creates stronger alignment across teams. Your leadership will have shifted thinking, transforming how we approach product growth and positioning Tabcorp to better meet evolving audience needs.
