What you’ll do

You will be at the coalface of designing, building, and transforming the risk management ecosystem. Your role will reside within the Group Enterprise Risk Management team, part of the Flutter CLO Function which strives to power and protect everyone and everywhere within our organization.

This is a critical role supporting enterprise risk management (ERM) activities across Flutter. You will have the opportunity to channel your analytical and innovative mindset; be part of our evolving journey to develop our risk strategy and improve our enterprise risk framework.

How you’ll do it

• Validated experience, with a sizeable portion of this focussed on second line risk management and governance/policy governance

• Experience in designing, delivering, and implementing operational and enterprise risk management strategies is strongly advantageous

• Experience in governance and reporting

• Expertise in enterprise, operational, financial and/or investment risk management in a fast-paced commercial environment. A strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks is required

• Professional qualification in Risk Management or Compliance is highly desirable. Cyber Security, Operational resilience are also welcome

• Technology: Understanding of Generative AI applications is desirable

• Experience of supporting or managing large-scale change programs, across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments, including budget management and resource allocation experience is advantageous

• Experience in crisis or operational resilience management is desirable.
