ENTER THE GAME

As Games Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of casino games to market. You will coordinate monthly game releases, manage game configurations in our back-office systems, and work closely with QA, compliance, product, and customer support to guarantee high-quality player experiences. You will become the go-to expert on casino games—how they work, how they are configured, and how to optimize their performance.

This is a hands-on operational role that requires strong ownership, precision, collaboration, and a passion for gaming technology.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

  • Game Release Management
    • Own the monthly game release schedule across multiple markets and suppliers
    • Coordinate with product managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
    • Manage game approvals and certifications ahead of release
  • Game Configuration
    • Configure games accurately in our back-office systems (parameters, promotions, lobbies, RTP versions, tags, etc.)
    • Ensure correct integration settings between platform and game providers
    • Maintain consistent taxonomy and metadata for optimal user experience
  • Quality Assurance
    • Perform pre-release QA and functional testing on all game launches
    • Identify issues and collaborate with suppliers to resolve them
    • Monitor live games performance and escalate incidents when required
  • Compliance
    • Ensure games comply with regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where we operate
    • Validate certifications, RNG documentation, and responsible gaming standards
    • Maintain up-to-date compliance records
  • Support & Game Knowledge
    • Act as the internal subject-matter expert for casino games
    • Provide 2nd-line support for player related issues raised by Customer Support
    • Create and maintain internal documentation and release notes

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must Have:

  • 3+ years experience in online casino operations, game delivery, QA, or game platform management
  • Strong understanding of casino game mechanics (RNG slots, jackpots, live casino, table games)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with back-office configuration or gaming platforms (e.g. Relax, Playtech IMS, EveryMatrix, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a regulated environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with external game providers
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SRIJ, UKGC, MGA, ONJN, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Basic SQL or QA testing experience
  • Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) will be considered an asset

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS RECRUITMENT?
