As CRM Operations Lead, you will be responsible for a team of Associates, ensuring the day-to-day execution and optimization of our CRM campaigns across the USA and Canada.
You will lead a team of Associates and Copywriters in creating marketing content and executing campaigns, aligning with CRM strategy.
You will work closely with the CRM strategy team to ensure that all campaigns are relevant, effective and drive engagement across our customer base. You will ensure that all campaigns are completed to the highest standard, ensuring localized, industry and marketing-focused best practices are applied and adhering to regulatory and marketing standards.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 to $105,000 annually.
