Construction Manager

Description

The Construction Manager shall be responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising the work performed on the construction site, ensuring that it is completed within the specified timeframe and according to required quality standards. They shall supervise the work of subcontractors, resolving design-related and technical issues, and maintaining occupational safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all stages of the construction process, from preparatory efforts to commissioning.
• Manage the personnel working at the construction site, ensuring compliance of work with the drawings and technical conditions.
• Cooperate with architects, designers, engineers, consultants, technical supervisors and customer representatives to solve design and technical problems.
• Ensure the compliance of materials and technical solutions with the requirements.
• Organize the reception of materials and equipment at the construction site.
• Oversee the quality and efficiency of subcontractors' work.
• Maintain construction management logs and other reporting documents, in the format established by the Company.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and security regulations at the construction site.

Requirements

• University degree in the field of engineering
• At least 15 years of work experience in construction management
• Experience in managing medium and large-scale construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, norms and safety requirements
• Proficiency in computer software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
