Commercial Operations Manager

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Reports to: Commercial Lead


About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Commercial Operations Manager to join our team in Limassol and work closely with our Commercial Lead to streamline processes, strengthen client satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency across our sales and customer success functions.

This role sits at the heart of our commercial department — connecting Sales, CSM, Events, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure seamless delivery, accurate reporting, and outstanding client experiences. Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention from a logistics perspective.
  • Support the CSM team with all relevant information before, during, and after each summit.
  • Represent the CSM team in interactions with the Events Department and at summits when required.

Team Development & Management

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the account management team.
  • Manage the onboarding process for each Sales and CSM Manager in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide regular performance reports of the account management team to senior management.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Administer and optimize the HubSpot tool for daily commercial operations.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure timely delivery of client-related information (e.g., stand designs, logos, forms, and other requirements).
  • Support the booking process through accurate reporting, floor plan management, and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure the timely update of client data on websites, including sponsorships, logos, and exhibition details.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and KPI analyses to the Commercial Lead.
  • Assist the CCO with reports, meetings, follow-ups, and any other requirements as needed.

Collaboration & Culture

  • Act as the bridge between the Sales Department and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflows and communication.
  • Actively participate in activities and initiatives organized by the SiGMA Group.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.


About You

  • Proven experience in commercial operations, sales support, or account management within a fast-paced or event-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and an eye for process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
