ABOUT US:
Sportradar Terminals is a key part of Sportradar’s global offering, focused on delivering cutting-edge retail and land-based gaming solutions. We design, develop, and operate high-performance betting and gaming terminals used by operators worldwide, combining robust hardware with advanced software to create seamless player experiences.
From concept to deployment, our teams work on scalable, real-time systems that power modern gaming environments. Based in our Mostar office, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, designers, and product leaders, contributing to both technical excellence and product innovation while shaping the future of retail gaming within Sportradar’s global ecosystem.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Operate in a manufacturing environment and support daily production activities.
- Assemble electronic components, including soldering and wiring installations within electronic devices.
- Operated and adjusted CNC machines, inspected produced parts, and performed routine machine maintenance.
- Plan, prepare, and install electronic components and assemblies according to work instructions, technical documentation, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and efficiency targets.
- Perform visual inspection and basic quality control of finished and semi-finished products.
- Operate hand tools, equipment, and production machinery safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with health & safety regulations.
- Report deviations, defects, or technical issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or electronics assembly is an advantage but not essential.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow engineering instructions and manufactruing procedures.
- Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, responsibility, and a positive work attitude.
