We are looking for a talented Agile Delivery Manager to join our Data Tech Delivery team in a dynamic and exciting role that blends great atmosphere of driven data solutions on a dynamic agile environment . In this role, you will inspire and motivate teams to work collaboratively towards delivering solutions that meet user needs and drive business value. What you will be doing:

• Work closely with Data Products , Architecture and R&D to the drive strategic Data solutions as part of the company initiatives
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress, address challenges, and ensure successful project completion.
• Facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders, including developers, QA teams, and product managers.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
• Break down concepts into actionable milestones, ensuring clarity and alignment with the project roadmap.
• Promote performance improvement across Data Tech Teams while using agile methodologies driven by KVD’s
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process.
• Embrace change, navigate roadblocks, and adjust priorities as needed, ensuring teams are adaptable to evolving requirements or technical complexities.

Who we are looking for:

• You Have a strong understanding of delivery management across agile teams along with strong project management skills
• You have excellent planning, scheduling, dependency, and risk management skills to ensure projects stay on track.
• You have a solid understanding of the development process and various SDLC/PDLC stages. Experience with JIRA and ADO is a plus.
• You can demonstrate clear and effective communication skills with teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Advantage – proven experience and knowledge in working with Data Engineering teams as a delivery / implementation roles 
• You are proactive, creative, out-of-the-box, and original thinking in problem-solving.
• You have high analytical skills.
